What should I do if I want to cancel the orders just placed?

Just send us an email or fill out the form below! As soon as we receive your email, we will process the refund for the order you just placed. You will receive an order refund email from us within 2 hours, which means we have made refund to your card. Usually, it takes 1-3 business days for different banks to process this transaction and then the refund will show up on your bank statement. What should I do if I have received the order and want to return it?

We fully understand that since you’ve been waiting for a long time, a damaged package or unsatisfactory product is the last thing you want to receive. Don’t worry.
